Handmade Homewares

We accept returns on our Handmade Homewares if you’re not completely satisfied.

• How to Request a Return:
  Please email us at hello@juicehaus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a returns label and the return address.

• Condition of Items:
  The item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

• Refund Process:
  Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

• Return Shipping Costs:
  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was faulty or damaged when you received it.

Vintage & Antiques

Due to the unique nature of our Vintage & Antique pieces, we can only accept returns in the event of damage during transit.

• How to Report Damage:
  Please email us at hello@juicehaus.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

• Refund Process:
  We will process a full refund or allow for an exchange within 5 business days.

• Non-Refundable Conditions:
  Returns are not accepted for change of mind or for items with pre-existing wear that has been clearly described or photographed in the product listing.

General Notes

• Packaging Your Return:
  For both Handmade Homewares and approved Vintage & Antique returns, please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

• Refunds:
  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
