Whether you're redesigning a single room or transforming your entire home, we offer a unique remote process that makes creating a personal, joyful, eco-conscious space straightforward.
Here’s how it works:
Start with a Free Haus Call: This is a no-obligation remote consultation via video call. We will chat about your space, your design goals, and which package will best suit your needs.
Your Haus Portal: Once you choose your design package, you will be emailed a login to your Haus Portal- where all the fun happens! (and some boring important things, e.g., your invoice and our T&Cs). Your Haus Portal will contain everything about your project, all in one place. You can upload documents and images and download anything we’ve shared with you.
The Haus Consultation: After you’ve paid your deposit, and booked your consultation date and time, we can take a deep dive into your space! During this Haus Consultation, I’ll guide you through measuring your room and understanding its layout, and we’ll discuss your likes, dislikes, and vision for the space. Together, we’ll uncover the colours, textures, and elements that resonate with you.
Crafting Your Design: Using the information gathered, I’ll create a custom plan that includes:
Mood Boards: To capture the look and feel of your desired design.
Material Recommendations: Sustainable options tailored to your dream space.
2D & 3D Visuals: I’ll roughly sketch the space with simple annotations but also 3D sketch and build realistic renderings that bring your design to life. Here we can see the entire design come together.
Final Payment: You’ll be invoiced the final payment, via your secure Haus Portal.
Feedback & Refinements: You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback at every opportunity, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
Final Designs Delivered: Once everything is just right, We send you the finished designs, complete with all the information and clickable links you need to move forward and bring your new space to life.

When you’ve selected your Design Package with Juicehaus, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an exciting link to set up your personalised Juicehaus Portal!
Your secure Haus Portal keeps everything about your project in one place, including space to upload inspiration or room measurements. It’s where the magic (and a bit of admin) happens!
It is here you’ll find your initial invoice to pay 50% of the chosen design package price.
In your Haus Portal, you’ll also find an initial design questionnaire ready to fill out. This is where we start to dive into your unique style, needs, and lifestyle. The questionnaire is designed to gather essential project details, so we can create a space that truly reflects you. You’ll also be able to upload any inspirational images, favorite materials, and colour ideas—anything that captures your vision.
In here there will also be a bespoke rough sketch of your floorplan for you to download and annotate with the measurements of your space. It couldn’t be simpler.

This is our remote consultation! During the Haus Call, we’ll connect via video so you can walk me through your space, showing off what you’re ready to change—and what you love. This is our chance to explore every detail together, identifying your favorite elements and those that feel less ‘you.’ We’ll discuss your vision and preferences in depth, focusing on how to create a space that’s not only beautiful but also sustainable.
We look for ways to incorporate environmentally-friendly materials, clean indoor air solutions, and options for repurposing and minimising waste. Together, we’ll set the foundation for a design that feels perfectly tailored to you and aligned with your commitment to sustainability all within budget.

Now it’s time to sit back with a cuppa while we dive into crafting your new space. With your feedback on the inspiration board in hand, we’ll move into the detailed design phase to bring your vision to life. During this stage, we’ll create a comprehensive design plan for you. Including a curated shopping list featuring sustainable product recommendations with clickable links, several 3D visualisations of your space from multiple angles, a detailed floor plan, and a styling guide where needed. These elements ensure you can fully visualise exactly how the design will come together.
Every detail in this phase focuses on sustainability—from waste reduction and eco-friendly materials to ensuring clean indoor air quality—making your space both beautiful and functional.

Once your comprehensive design portfolio is ready, we’ll send it to you for review. This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in the design and envision how it will transform your space into one that brings you joy. If any adjustments are needed, we’re here to refine the design based on your feedback, ensuring it aligns with your vision and feels just right. We’ll provide support through email during this stage, making necessary revisions so that you feel confident and excited about moving forward with a space that truly enhances your life.

With your final design in hand, it's time to bring it to life! Your personalised design portfolio includes everything you need to move forward confidently—detailed 3D visualisations, a curated shopping list with sustainable product links, colour and paint references and styling tips. While Juicehaus provides the creative vision, you’ll take charge of implementing the design by sourcing the recommended items and hiring any necessary tradespeople. Sticking to your completed design, you can create a space that not only looks beautiful but also brings joy and supports sustainable living.

Once your project is complete, I’m here to support you as you bring your new space to life! Feel free to reach out with any questions via email—I’m just a message away. Each design package also includes a specific timeframe for revisions to ensure your vision is perfectly realised. For example, the Focus Room Package offers one revision within 4 weeks from your project start date, while the Complete Sanctuary Package includes up to four revisions over a 12-week period. This allows us to make any needed adjustments together.
