Juicehaus

This is my little collection of things I love, pieces I’ve designed, made, sourced or simply stumbled across and couldn’t leave behind.

You’ll find beautifully made linen homewares, joyful colour combinations, one-off vintage finds and curious objects with a story to tell. Some pieces are designed by me and made locally, some are found on my travels, and some just make me ridiculously happy.

I love mixing old with new, colours that probably shouldn’t go together, handmade pieces alongside slightly odd vintage finds, and filling a home with things that actually mean something to you.

I care about how things are made, what they’re made from and where they’ll end up, so I choose natural materials, small-scale production, vintage and pieces designed to last.

Essentially, if I’d happily take it home myself, it can probably find a place in the Haus.

WHY THEY’RE IN THE HAUS

Well… I suppose I’m in the Haus because I made it.

But really, I created Juicehaus because, as an interior designer, I wanted somewhere that made interiors feel a little less intimidating.

I don’t think you need a huge budget, a perfectly finished house or an encyclopaedic knowledge of designer brands to care about your home. I think good interiors can start with one brilliant object, an old chair you refuse to get rid of, a colour you’re obsessed with, or simply asking someone, “Why doesn’t this room feel right?”

The Haus gives me a place to do interior design in a way that feels like me, surrounded by independent makers, vintage pieces, colour, experimentation and people popping in for a chat.

I want you to be able to come upstairs, have a nose around, pick something up, ask me an interiors question or tell me about the bonkers idea you’ve had for your living room.

That’s why I’m here.
